Elena Tanase, my Service Advisor, provided exceptional customer service—clear communication, timely updates, and a very professional approach throughout the visit. We arrived today at the BMW service center to retrieve our BMW x3 that was getting fixed due to recall. Once we arrived, we checked in & waited for our vehicle. As our vehicle pulled up we noticed the gas door was wide open, I approached the vehicle to close the gas door and it would not close because it was broken. I went back inside and told the front desk associate that the door was broken and that’s not how we dropped the vehicle off, she told me she would grab the service advisor and his name is 978551/LASZLO BABOS. He came out and proceeded to tell us that they DO NOT have to touch the gas cap or door to get to starter for the recall and that he does not know what happened and gave no solution as to if it would be fixed. He then went and grabbed another technician and once he looked at it they then said oh we can fix this after the fact of demanding corporate and to speak to the manager. We then spoke to the service manager KONRAD MALINOWSKI who was very rude & condescending… He said they go with “common sense” that due to the fact they didn’t have to touch the gas cap or gas door then there is no way that they were responsible for the damage but that they would fix it after we had to fight tooth & nail saying we did not do the damage!

Dena has always been helpful and accommodating. The service team are over the top helpful (including Dena), explaining repairs needed in detail. Repairs have been accurate and complete. Service techs are very knowledgeable and also willing to explain current and future repairs in detail. The parts team are also very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Consistently positive experiences here with reasonable prices; recommend without caveats. Thank you!
