Very disappointed with service here and will not be back! Came in at 7am for oil change, tire rotation/balance, alignment, and error that popped up under warranty. I told them I was waiting. I texted and called for status updates after 3 hours of no communications, with no response. I walked up to ask and was told they were just starting the software update for the error that would take hours. I came back up to reschedule since I had appointments I had to be at later in the day and heading out of town. They said they could not stop the update since it started. They offered to Uber me wherever but. After 4.5 hours; I’m sure as soon as I leave to go home (hour round trip it will be done). They should have kicked off the update right away knowing it takes that long and offered a curtesy loaner vehicle. Now stuck here till it completes. If you need your car in a timely manner go elsewhere.

Very pleased with their service and pricing. First visit was a positive experience, so I will return with my wife BMW when it needs more work. Glad we found them.
