I had a great experience with Briar Oaks Service Center. I brought in my 2013 Accord for several items including front suspension work, rear brakes, alignment, and a valve cover gasket. They took the time to walk me through what was actually necessary versus what could wait, which I really appreciated. At nearly 200k miles, I wanted to make sure I was addressing the safety items without overspending on things that weren’t urgent. They explained the condition of the parts clearly and didn’t push unnecessary add-ons. The pricing felt fair and transparent compared to other estimates I’ve received in the past. The car feels noticeably more stable and composed now, especially over rough roads. If you’re looking for a shop that’s honest, straightforward, and focused on doing what makes sense for your vehicle, I’d recommend them.

I went for a wheel alignment and state inspection, one of the marker lights bulb was dead and the technician could have rejected the inspection, yet they offer to give me one so that I can pass the inspection without having to fix it and coming back for another inspection. I appreciate the flexibility and kindness. The station manager was also very polite and considerate. I am very pleased with the experience working with them.
