Very good customer service. I purchased a car in DC and before driving back home 500 miles I had Capital Car Care perform a detailed inspection. They got me in and out with good info about my new car and even stayed open a little past their regular hours to make sure I was taken care of. Recommended would visit again if I was in the area.

I am incredibly grateful for Capital Car Care, yet again! After taking my car to a local tire shop to get a nail hole patched, they tried to convince me that I needed new struts and shocks and that my rear shocks were leaking fluid. Scott from Capital Car called me and reassured me that the shocks and struts are perfectly fine and that there is no fluid leaking from the vehicle - what a relief! I do need all new tires, but Scott recommended a brand to me that he uses personally, which gave me peace of mind. I will be visiting Capital Car for all of my future car service needs, always! After our long-time mechanic sold his garage to a disappointing new owner, my family and I began our search for a new repair shop to take care of our cars. My mom's friends and neighbors recommended Capital Car Care in Springfield, so we gave them a try. They have exceeded all of our expectations for honest and high quality workmanship. The mechanics not only repaired what was broken but also the things that I wasn't even aware needed attention. Unlike other repair shops we've experienced, they didn't try to push unnecessary services--just what was needed. Their prices are more than fair and reasonable. Our only regret is that we didn't find Capital Car Care sooner. We're grateful to have found our new car repair shop.
