This is by far the worst automotive service experience I’ve ever had. They installed incorrect parts, failed to perform the services they charged me for, and didn’t even properly complete an oil change. When I returned with issues caused by their work, they refused responsibility and acted like they didn’t know what was wrong—despite the problems starting immediately after service. This shop lacks accountability and professionalism. I strongly warn anyone considering this place to go elsewhere unless you’re willing to risk damage to your vehicle.

Great service. I wish I would of known Jeff earlier. I had my transmission replaced by somebody else and had all kinds of issues with oil leakages which seemed to never go away. After I dropped of my truck at his place the issue has finally been resolved. It’s now a little over a year ago and still everything is great.

I was not initially going to give them low rating but I have too. I brought them about 3 cars to get services done on.. one of them a 2016 audi q5 that had drivability issue, jerking and surging etc.. they told me that is the timing belt issue and they quoted me over 2000$ ( can’t remember the exact numbers) upon getting the vehicle back, no change on the issues.. I brought it back there and got told that was something else.. left the audi there so they can take care of it , and the boss Jeff even insisted on keeping for test drive.. I got the audi back several days later. As soon I put 40-45miles on it, the issues came back.. and I went back again, they told me whatever they did isn’t the problem anymore, that now it’s some other things ( they gave me the list) and that was another few thousands more I’ll have to spend, so I went to park the audi at home and using my other car… As far as then I liked these guys coz I thought they did what they could, I just had a shitty car.. Few weeks later my mom’s kia sorento was having issues (fuel leaks) and since I trusted them I took the sorento to them to fix and like before we were the back and forth with the fixing for few weeks ( they fixed it and called me to come pick it and as soon as I drive 4 miles , I felt the fuel leaking again.. ) And after several attempts, I decided to take to the kia dealership in manassas. Jeff and I had a talk and he told me that they did all the work on it blah blah blah and he added he would refund us the money which he did and that’s great and they also lend me a car until the vehicle is done ( reason why I didn’t want to leave low rating ) but after the kia dealership did their inspection, they found that Jed and their team didn’t do a good job ( they zip tied some wiring harness and messy at that fuel injectors area) and apparently didn’t do what they told me they did.. they wasted my time and my mom’s.. and I felt ashamed. The dealership actually got all the fuel leaks repaired and ready to go in couple days until now it’s still fine. OK NOW Here back to my audi q5 , few days I took it to dealership and they inspected it and told me that I need the timing chain done again ( cars automotive Group-Pixley supposedly already done that already) and few other things that are causing the drive ability issues. My experience with them was horrible and they need to give proper repairs..
