The quality and excellence in all aspects of my experience at CARSTAR Centreville Collision Center at 14805 Willard Rd in Chantilly, was exceptional. Trina is a model of top tier customer service. Carl demonstrated his knowledge and expertise to instill trust. And the technicians that did the repair work are true professionals that produced a flawless result. Because of Trina, Carl, and the team of technicians at this Carstar location, I am extremely happy with the outcome. The paint match and blending is incredible; the only discernible difference is that there are no paint swirls in the repair area. Our much loved Acura MDX is perfect again. In the past, I took my vehicles for repair to a different but highly regarded auto body shop. However, after much research I took our damaged vehicle to Carstar Centerville Collision Center because the insurance company paying for the repair work identified the location as a Select Service shop. While I initially has reservations about using a different shop, based on my recent experience, Carstar Centerville Collision Center is and will now be our number one first choice for all vehicle auto body repairs. Great service, great team with quick response time and excellent work - would never know the car had been in an accident. Also appreciated the automated text messages with updates on the progress of the car. The car also was totally cleaned inside and out when we came to pick it up.

Horrible customer service, Iong repair times and shady business practices. Scheduled an appointment through insurance for inspection and after arriving at scheduled time, I was told to bring back on Monday morning and drop off to inspect fully and was met by a rude manager, Joey who wanted to go back and forth about the name of the damaged part. Disrespectful. I was then called 30 minutes later to say that they would not be able to inspect the vehicle when there are more than 10 appointment times available today. They are falsely advertising availability when they know they dont have any for days or even weeks. They are also very slow in making repairs with alot of excuses as to why more time is needed. They charged me for a repair of a fuel tank door that should have been included with the rear quarter panel repair.|I have contacted the insurance company to report them Beware. Good luck if you think you will get your car repaired anytime soon. Learn how to communicate with customers and be honest. Hoarding business so others who have availability dont get claims is dishonest and bad business. Do Better.

The whole experience with CCC has been phenomenal. From drop off to pick up, I was well informed through a link provided via text message. All my interactions were with the fantastic receptionist and the estimator. I will say verbal communication with my Estimator Grace was a bit hard because I struggled with her accent and English but the high quality of repair for my beloved BMW left me very so impressed and pleased. These Collision Specialists really showed how highly skilled and truly talented they are. They are a certified BMW repair center using OEM parts and when I came to pick up my vehicle it looked so amazing as it did, the first day it came of the manufacturer’s production line, ready for transport and delivery. Sadly I was the victim of someone rolling through a stop sign, and crashing into my driver’s side- an off center T-bone with the most impact to my driver’s side, rear door and rear quarter panel. Let the photo brag for these specialists and showcase the high quality work they do… Thank you kindly CCC for being perfectionists and restoring my BMW back to flawless condition. I highly recommend CCC! They are the best Automotive Cosmetic Surgeons in town!
