Everyone at CARSTAR Fairfax Collision was friendly, helpful, and efficient/organized from the moment I walked in the door. I cannot recommend their customer service and quality of care for your vehicle enough. Generally, these kinds of experiences are not “fun.” But the team here and my personal experiences with Zac and Angelique were top notch. Highly recommend.

20240531 Picked up my car today. Brian was great!! He answered all my questions, and showed me the repair. The young lady at the front desk was excellent, too. I would definitely come back here should I need body shop work again. 20240528 Drop Off Day: Setting up for drop off was easy. The only issue I have is when I tried calling back and left a message a couple of times, I didn't get a return call, until they call me to confirm. Fortunately, their drop off schedule is pretty flexible. Brian met with me to go over the issues with my car before I drop it off today. They called Enterprise, and the Enterprise Shuttle picked me up and took me to Enterprise across the street. So convenient. Enterprise employees were very nice, too. My car should be ready on Friday, unless they find something wrong with it behind the bumper. 20240521 I had fun here today! Brian and the young ladies at the front deck were so nice and helpful. I have gone to their Stonecroft Rd location more often than I should over the last 2 or so decades. It was my go-to body shop. This location is a little closer, and I decided to give this location a try considering the positive Google Reviews they have. I came here to get an estimate since someone ran into my car while I was waiting in line for gas. 🙄 Brian checked out the damage, and when I asked how they are going to repair it. He patiently explained the process. He is going to have another department responsible for scheduling repairs to call me.

CARSTAR completely blew me away. After my car was hit in a parking lot, they made it look brand new—like the accident never even happened. The team handled everything with insurance, kept me updated, and delivered flawless work. I’m honestly amazed. If you need collision repair, this is the place.

I had my 2025 Toyota Camry repaired here through insurance, with an OEM bumper confirmed. My original point of contact was Jeff, and after I noticed a separation issue with the bumper, I spoke with the Store manager, Mark. I first reported the problem with photos on August 4, 2025, and followed up on August 18 and August 25. Mark replied once but never provided a clear plan or scheduled correction. As of mid-September, nothing has been resolved. This is not a factory defect. The issue comes from poor installation — they used glue to attach my brand-new OEM bumper to the car, which is unacceptable. Instead of standing behind their work, they left me with a flawed repair and no accountability. Very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this shop.
