I’m honestly extremely disappointed with my experience at this shop. It took them 6 months to get my car together. After the first month they gave me my car while it wasn’t fixed yet. I had to take my car back to get it fixed again, because they used a faulty part. I trusted them with my car, and what I got back was nothing close to what I expected from a professional place. The quality of the work wasn’t there, and every time I brought up concerns I felt like they weren’t really taking me seriously. On top of that, a bunch of things went wrong while my car was in their care, someone got into my car and left a huge mess and they ordered the wrong part which delayed everything. It’s been a nonstop headache dealing with all of this. Now I’m stuck spending more time and energy trying to sort things out through insurance and other channels. A repair shop is supposed to help make things less stressful, not add more problems. When receiving my keys, I opened my door just to see trash, soaked car interior, cigarette ashes and dirty window. They said they put my car in the street without it locked and someone on the street got into my car and left the mess. When confronted about the issue with the manager, he said it wasn’t their fault that my car got into an accident and left it here. Like I never felt disrespected like that because I feel like it’s their job to keep my vehicle safe while in their custody. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

This is my go-to auto shop now when the unexpected happens to my car. They repaired my car so quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t be happier with how my car looks! Great customer service and the workers are so kind. I would definitely recommend this auto shop 10/10!

Smooth experience from start to finish! From the receptionist to Ked, the point man, they could not have been nicer and step by step as to where I was in the process. The whole vibe of the shop is friendly and supportive. They did a thorough and fantastic job on the scrape in my fender. Highly recommend them for anyone needing body work. Kudos, guys and thank you!

They’ve helped me with multiple services, including a battery change, body color work, and damage repair, and every time the work was done professionally and with great attention to detail. The shop is clean, quiet, and well-organized, which made the whole process stress-free. The customer service was outstanding: friendly, respectful, and very clear when explaining what needed to be done and the timeline. From the first call to the final pick up: the CarStar Metro team is top notch! They are thorough, efficient, friendly, high quality…. I highly recommend their team for any car repair needs. You will be fully informed throughout the entire process because their team will call and text you with updates and expected timelines. I did not have to call to check on my car at all. They will even help with the rental car if your insurance is providing one while your car is being repaired. Their team can arrange for a car to be at their location when you drop your car off and return the car for you- saving extra steps and time! My car looks like it did before the accident. 10/10 highly recommend.
