Must hand it to the folks at Carworks - excellent job!! My 2021 Prius was hit by a buck that ran into the car, hitting the driver's side. It's antlers struck the side of the windshield and most of the damage was the front left panel and left two doors. The car was fixed within 2 weeks...only maybe 7 or 8 business days! Not only that, but there is absolutely no issue that I can find, a flawless job! Good as new! Highly recommend, and Progressive is my carrier via Stephanie at Puffenbarger Insurance, Culpeper.

Great shop. Excellent service. Had my wife's car bumper and fender fixed looks great. The employees are very helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone! The car is a little dirty n the pic but the body work looks great. Thanks carworks!

Carworks is incredible. Lexi at the front desk was exceptionally patient and kind, guiding me through the entire repair process with care. J.D., who I believe is the owner, brought a wealth of knowledge and a friendly and understanding demeanor to the table. Despite the necessary wait for parts and repairs, the quality of their work was nothing short of incredible. Even during a challenging situation, they made everything as helpful and easy as possible. I absolutely recommend this place.

Our insurance referred us to these folks to get our repairs done, we picked up our rental and off we went till the we got the call when it was complete. Betty at the front desk was very nice and helpful. When we picked it up however the paint did not match, noticed it when we parked it in the garage, you would think this would discourage me from giving them the 5 stars but they told me to bring it back the gentlemen that met me outside and looked it over agreed that it needed to get re-done and handled it great. They made it right and we are happy with the customer care.

The repair work I had done on my door turned out well. The customer relations there truly needs ALOT of attention... I left a note on the envelope when dropping the vehicle off that I would like an estimate on some touch up painting and after the vehicle was there 4 days I got a call that it was "in paint"... I asked if they had gotten the estimate for the extra and no they had not but they would get back to me. After 2 more days the vehicle was ready... Went to pick it up and even then they had not gotten an estimate for me. I was told "give us a couple weeks and bring it back for the estimate".... This is really not a great way to do business.... why not give me the estimate while it is there and getting paint done so you can do it all the same time??? Needless to say I have not taken it back and probably won't. I always thought the company was supposed to keep in touch with the customer and let them know what is going on ... keep them up to date... as well as do what was asked....
