I had a safety inspection which had an axel seal leak and Honda wanted to overcharge me the job at 600 dollars and 271 for a transmission flush. That’s when I found Caton’s Auto Repair. I gave them a call and they were very professional and gave me a better price. Today I picked up my car with a new Honda OEM Driver side axel and a new transmission drain plug and new CVT Transmission fluid. I was completely shocked on the price of the service for the job which was below the requested price of 478 dollars for everything. Guys go to this mechanic shop. They are honest, hard working, fair and reliable! I will be a repeat customer in the future! Thank you again!

Caton’s auto is an amazing place. They consistently show honesty and value their clients. I always recommend them to everyone- as someone who’s had bad car shop experiences this place consistently goes above and beyond for their clients and have always been a great place. It can take a week sometimes to get fit in depending on what you need done- but it’s worth it if you can wait.

Caton's Automotive is awesome! We were referred to Caton's Automotive by another garage that was closing. I'm so glad we followed that recommendation. While very busy, the team took my wife's car and agreed to diagnose an electrical problem. It turned out the alternator was bad. A new one was ordered and the next day, the car was completed. The work was well done, responded to quickly, and repaired thoroughly and properly. From the kind hostess at the desk, to the technician who called, thoroughly explained the diagnosis, offered an efficient repair, and quoted the exact cost of repair, everyone I interacted with was pleasant, professional and efficient. As my first experience with Caton's, this was outstanding. I hope to develop the same trusted and assured relationship at Caton's as with my old family mechanic. Caton’s Auto Repair is truly the best. I have been going to them for over 17 years and they have never disappointed me. They always make me smile and I trust them completely. I have a 2016 Toyota Prius and my tyre sensor light came on recently. I took it to Priority Toyota in Springfield VA to find out why and they told me two of my sensors needed to be replaced. Their quote was $741 to replace all four sensors. I decided to check with Caton’s because I trust them more than any dealership and their quote was between $400 and $500. I picked up my car today and ended up paying only $369 which is fifty percent cheaper than the dealership. I have referred four friends to Caton’s over the years and they have all become return customers which really says it all. I absolutely love these guys and highly recommend them and their work. They are honest hardworking people and I am always happy to give them my business. Thank you Caton’s!
