Called AAA and tow truck was there in minutes thank you C&C towing

Ask to drop my vehicle off at the repair shop which they passed 1 mile away on the way to their lot and they took it to the other side of town to their lot. Ask to have it towed to the repair shop the next day and I am still waiting on the delivery to the repair shop day two. They just want to get the storage fees and associated fees.

Called to make an appointment on 7/28. I was informed by the receptionist that there were no openings available until 8/9. I agreed to take an appointment for 8/9. I show up at the establishment and was immediately met with a snarky attitude. I smiled and said I have an appointment for Jason. With the most disgusted tone and look, she said I don’t have you down. She then asked if I had spoken to Jason and I told her no that I spoke to some lady who took down all of my information. Needless to say I had to leave without having my car serviced because the lack of competence of the receptionist. If you choose this place make sure you have an appointment in writing or you will be out of luck. Do not expect kindness. I shouldn’t have been made to feel like I did something wrong because their job wasn’t done correctly

I called and made an appointment because my "new to me" car had a check engine light come on and was starting to make rattling noises which were getting worse. Got an appointment on Tuesday morning. Sunday while I was in town the noise got worse and I lost acceleration except for about 5 mph. Managed to get it to C&C, write a long note, and leave it. On Monday I got a call from C&C that it was fixed! So quick, fair pricing, and so friendly! I will now go here for everything I need done!

I blew out two of my tires last night on the side of a road I would never ask anyone to drive on. It's super narrow and windy and a big ole tow truck probably wasn't the best thing on the road. We called C&C to come tow me and my little sister and he got us on the rollback and to our destination with no troubles and made my troubling night way less stressful. Safe, efficient, and would HIGHLY reccomend!
