I have been dealing with this shop over the past few years, Thomas is a straight forward/honest mechanic with plenty of knowledge of the trades of what he does, a very honest shop and he went out of his way to fix my girlfriend 2018 Toyota highlander with a water pump was about to go,he checked it right in front of me saying here's the problem, I highly recommend this place for all your auto needs!

Tom is reliable and goes out of his way to make sure he takes care of his customers. There has been two times now that I have been in a pinch and on both occasions he has taken me right away to ensure my vehicle is safe and if any work needs to be done he handles it right away. Tom, Certified Auto Repair Service, is very honest and professional. Tom has serviced, maintained, and repaired my automobiles for about 16 years. even when I was going to purchased a brand new car, I took it to Tom to ask his opinion before I purchased the new car. That's how much I trust Tom. I would not take my cars to anyone else for repair. Certified Auto Repair Customer service area has always had an exceptionally clean area to wait but during this pandemic, Tom makes sure that there is hand sanitizer available, a clean disinfected area to wait in for your vehicle or can make arrangements to pick up your car when its ready. I never have to worry about going to Certified Auto Repair Service. This on top of the honest, reliable service that is offered. After all these years, I still would not take may car anywhere else.

During a routine oil change Tom checked my brakes and found that the back ones were close to wearing out. By replacing them early before they failed saved a much larger bill that would have resulted if they wore through. I appreciate Tom's catching and correcting this problem early.
