Great service, Brian was knowledgeable and gave me answers to my questions about my vehicle. Came in for an oil change but now will get extra work done on my other vehicle. This is an all in one stop. Gas, munchies, mechanical work, food truck, and slots!!! You can’t win if you don’t play :)

I came in for a routine oil change and left genuinely impressed. From the moment I pulled in, Brian made the entire process smooth, fast, and completely hassle-free. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and you can clearly see he takes pride in running the shop at the highest standard. The team walked me through everything, double-checked their work, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. The waiting area was clean, the service was quick, and the pricing was completely fair. It’s rare these days to find a place that treats customers with this level of honesty and care. Brian ensures everything is done right, and you feel confident your car is in the best hands. Highly recommend this location — five stars all the way! Will definitely be coming back for all my maintenance needs.

Dropped my vehicle off for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment using a Groupon, and the team at Shell Chantilly has been great so far. They were upfront about my car needing more oil than what the deal covered, and they handled everything professionally without making it complicated. The staff has been friendly, helpful, and transparent throughout the process. Really appreciate the customer service here — it’s refreshing to deal with a shop that communicates clearly and treats you with respect. Looking forward to getting the car back, but so far the service experience has been excellent. Definitely recommend this location.

Great service, Brian was super nice and helpful! I got the full synthetic oil change this morning (Saturday)- arrived around 11am- car was ready for pick up within 1.5 hours. Brian helped check my car in, called me when the car was ready and provided me with an estimate for my next service (breaks need replaced). Overall 5/5 experience- highly recommend and will be returning in the future.

A great service station. Brian and the techs are very informative and don't try to up sell you anything. I take my truck here often and would highly recommend them! Update: had another service done this morning - 1/9/2026 by the Chantilly service team. Excellent job as usual! I wiil be back!
