Honestly, I don’t think my experience could’ve been better. Gabriel, the manager, was amazing to work with and I want to give thanks to the entire team for their politeness, honesty, and hospitality. I brought my car in to get a state inspection. They were very quick, but thorough. They sent me a diagnostic and encouraged me to perform additional necessary services that would only benefit me as the owner. Not once did I feel pushed or pressured into spending a boat load of money and they accurately diagnosed my service issues. Their service was affordable and I cannot recommend Gabriel and his team enough. Thank you and you just earned a loyal customer!

This place is amazing! I wish I would have found them years ago! Professional, kind, over the top customer service. Clearly looking out for me and my vehicle and long term plans as it is an older vehicle. I felt safe with this company today and that is hard to find. Gabriel is amazingly patient and explains everything. David was my awesome driver back and forth to my home, loved chatting with him and it was apparent he cared about the people who were bringing their vehicles to Circle Auto Repair.

Gabriel and Zack were awesome. Noticed an issue when driving down from MD and wanted to make sure I was good driving back (particularly since I was driving someone home from surgery). They got me in for inspection, did some basic maintenance, and resolved the issue all the same morning! If I ever move back to NoVA, I found my mechanic.

We feel so blessed that we were introduced to Circle Auto Repair by our trusted neighbor. As seniors we are with limited income so every time we are having trouble with our cars it really stress us out. Before the pandemic we have a Ford van 2007 that we lent to a friend but when he gave us back it was not the same??? Our friend must have hit a big pot hole or something so it was making all kinds of crazy noises, then he takes it to another repair shop to try fix it but the van was never recovered so it drove like a clunker. Then we took this van to Circle Auto Repair, Zach diagnosed and it was brought back to our great reliable Van 🙏. We also now own a Toyota Corolla 2018 that started to give us headaches right after our extended warranty expired, of course. We contacted Zach our favorite auto mechanic at Circle Auto Repair, we are so happy that he is still there and there is also a great team there to help us. There is Gabriel the friendly service advisor to set us up for our appointment and offer us a loaner car then Emma was patiently explaining to us all the details result of our car diagnostic by Zach. They advised us which was the most important items to tackle first then gave us a list of items that we can pace ourselves to upkeep our car so we can keep our humble Corolla for a long time. Our previous Corolla has over 240 K and still running good. We hope this one will outlast us, if you are looking for a conscientious and honest repair shop then here it is.
