The owner was really rude and made me wait an hour for a diagnostic check and gave me several false codes when in reality I only had one and he also charged me $40 which is outrageous. If you guys need a diagnostic check go to autozone it’s free and accurate.

I took my BMW here for repair as there was some damage underneath car and with my tire. I got the car back and there is another issue which wasn’t there before. I didn’t speak to the owner but another mechanic and he overcharged while not taking a proper look at what the issue was. Bad experience I had here.

I called City Automotive to get a quote on a brake job and the gentleman who helped me out was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to my vehicle. He was able to order my parts for me being delivered to the establishment saving me from having to bring it in. I simply drove in, they performed the work, and I went about my day. I was satisfied with the service. Definitely going back for future services.

Assad is a great owner and really does his best to help you out! He worked on my oil change, emissions and brakes and I'm very happy with the work he did. I recommend calling in advance to make sure he has time to work on your car - he can be very busy but your car will be in good hands!
