When I brought my recently inherited 1998 Ford F150—previously owned by my late father—to your auto body shop, I had concerns regarding its appearance and condition but was hopeful it could be restored. You and your technicians not only met but exceeded all expectations. The customer service throughout the process was outstanding; your attentiveness, communication, and thoughtful approach were greatly valued. The body and paint restoration were performed flawlessly. Additionally, I am grateful for your coordination with other professionals—including the upholsterer for the headliner replacement, the window vendor for repairing the leak and replacing the rear window, and the Ford dealership for rectifying the wiring issue. The enhancements, recommendations, and cosmetic improvements significantly elevated the truck's overall appearance. Reasonable pricing, fast service, and quality materials. Collision Specialists of Fairfax is simply the BEST! Thank you for preserving this sentimental vehicle; I am extremely appreciative of your team's dedication and expertise. I chose Collision Specialists of Fairfax to help me replace a bunch of damaged parts on my mom's old Toyota because they were the only company that could actually locate and acquire the parts I needed. CARLOS Cruz, the estimator and my first point of contact, gave me a fast and accurate estimate and kept me updated as to where my parts were and the status of the work being done. He made sure the job was done quickly even though the job required a lot of steps. AL Marshall helped answer my questions when I dropped my car off and assured me all would go smoothly. KESA was so friendly and helpful and made sure to follow up with me after the service to make sure I was happy and to remind me of the lifetime warranty for my parts. I wish every company conducted themselves with the friendliness, teamwork, professionalism, and attention to detail that Collision Specialists of Fairfax does. My life would be a whole lot easier. Collision Specialists of Fairfax outdid themselves in repairing the roof of my Nissan after an improperly installed roof rack did some damage. The team was extremely professional. The office staff made communication easy, and the repair technicians did a stellar job. I thought I would be without my car for three-four days, but they finished it on Day 2. As a car guy I’m really obsessive about how my cars paint looks, unfortunately I scraped a part of my car and messed up trying to fix another scratch from the previous owner and it just made it worse basically. I was very distraught and took it here, and WOW their work is AMAZING!!! Its as if nothing ever happened!! I am so happy and satisfied with their services, would give 10 stars if I could. On top of the great job they did they also cleaned my car, waxed and shined the paint and wheels, AND they vacuumed the interior. Wonderful work and super nice folks. Have no doubts about their work.
