I’ve been coming to Coop’s since I moved to Fredericksburg in 2021. I’ve had everything from routine maintenance to repairs to inspections and these guys are the BEST. No gimmicks, no tricks, no price gauging. They post their hourly labor fee up front and they take the time to explain everything to you plainly and clearly. Pro tip: they are ALWAYS booked, so you’ll need to make an appointment two weeks out if you can.

So, i’ve been coming here now for two years. Most of the time it was just to do oil change or state inspection. Every time I come they’re very thorough. The price is very reasonable considering how expensive everything else has been. Twice that I’ve been there the person at the front desk was really nice and actually gave me a price cut when I needed my battery replaced. And he was also nice enough to help me out with my battery in my remote key. I will definitely keep coming here for all my car business.

Great Service !! I came in for a safety inspection on my Ford F-150 and they noticed and fixed a vacuum hose and cleaned my battery terminals at no charge. Now that is the first time I had an inspection without someone trying to nickel and dime me for minor repairs. They now have me as a customer and I strongly recommend these guys and the customer service lady at the front desk. Very sharp and knowledgeable. I am very impressed.. 5//5/2021 Just had my F150 Lowered and Leveled. These guys are excellent, professional and prompt. They are super smart and performed the work to a T.. Saved us when we were in a real bind. 7 hours into a 9 hour drive our car starts making noises. Call up and learn that they don’t have availability until the next day. Explained our situation and they had us in and out in 4 hours. Customer service was great, place is spacious and quiet, gave us updates and an excellent price. They were able to find that our tire had been put on incorrectly and fixed it for less than $60. They even took a look at the other tires while they had it without us even asking.
