Country Chevrolet management should offer consulting services to Koons Chevrolet Clarksville service department and their general manager on proper business etiquette. It should be called how to treat a customer with respect and hold accountable for damages to customer vehicle. Country Chevrolet #1 sales and service.

My sales rep Shelby was awesome. She gave me a great overview of all the features of the Silverado EV including the sidewinder driving mode. Everyone that I came in contact with was very friendly and willing to work with me to try and get me the most value for my trade and suggesting a way that I could take the truck home with me instead of making another 400 mile round trip to pick it up when I would have had all the cash available to buy it. I am very pleased that I found Country Chevrolet on Autotrader and made the trek down to check out the two Silverado EVs they had in stock. I wish they were closer so I could recommend the dealership to my friends and all the people that approached me in three different parking lots the day after I took the truck home to ask about the truck. All got the questions answered and shown some of the cool features the Silverado EV has. I could have been an outside uncommisioned sales rep. I love the truck and showing people what it can do. I never thought I would buy an EV, but the Silverado EV convinced me I should. Up until my purchase, I drove a Chevrolet Avalanche ever since it first hit the market back in 2002, I believe. I drive about 22 - 25k a year and two of the Avalanches had 200K plus miles on them before i bought another Avalanche. I love the foldable midgate option and use it all the time. We took may a road trip in the Avalanche to Texas, Florida and Ohio. I'm 6'4" and my wife is 6'. My kids are now growing like weeds and can no longer sit comfotably in the back seat with the front seats all the way back. No more long road trips. I had heard that the Silverado EV had incredible leg room and they where not kidding. With the driver's seat all the way back I had so much leg room that I could make a fist, put it on my knee, and only then was I able to touch the front seat. The first time my wife sat the passenger side front seat and realized that, with the seat all the way back, her legs could be stretched out straight, she could not believe it. See the attached pics. One shows me in the back seat of my Avalanche with my knees up against the seat and the others show me in the Silverado EV with plenty of room to spare. The leg room and the foldable midgate, like the Avalanche has, is what sold me on the Silverado EV. All the other features the Silverado EV has is what convinced me to buy an EV.
