The first service on my new Corvette was a good experience. The service was scheduled for my convenience. My service writer was professional and polite. The work performed was completed on time and I received a personal call to inform me my Corvette was ready. Upon receipt I noticed my service intervals were reset per work performed and the interior was as clean as I left it. I give the dealership, service writer and mechanic an A+++ rating. - Joe

I had an emergency and came out of the nail salon with a completely flat tire. I went next-door to pump it up. This was around 5:45 and they close at 6. The hole was so big that it wouldn’t even hold air for even a couple of minutes so I pumped the tire up called country Chevrolet and was like listen I have an emergency I’m on my way to you I’m losing air in my tire. Can you guys please help me? I got there. They grabbed my keys went out to take a look and come to find out I had two tires that had holes in it. They never even blinked an eye they were so fast gave me a loaner car and I was out of there by 6:05. They ended up having to order me two tires, and I got my car back the very next day.. I don’t know what I would’ve did if they wouldn’t have taken me right and I had no other way home. They were so helpful so nice so respectful and so fast I will never buy another car anywhere else.

The initial drop off was fine. But when I returned to pick up my vehicle the technician had left my truck in service mode and drained my battery, Mike the advisor assigned to my vehicle never apologized and seemed annoyed at what was happening. The lack of customer service was very noticeable when I came to pick up my vehicle.
