County Line Collision is the rare thing everyone hopes for and almost never finds: calm, clarity, and craftsmanship under pressure. From day one, they communicated with quiet consistency. Every stage, every step, every status update came to us without us ever having to chase it. Not once did we wonder what was happening or when. They were already there. That kind of care is not common. Our primary point of contact was Wendy, and she was simply outstanding. Warm, steady, and genuinely attentive, she made the entire experience feel human rather than transactional. She anticipated needs, checked in without prompting, and made sure we were always informed and comfortable. Great personality, great presence, great follow-through. She set the tone, and it showed. And that tone clearly runs through the whole organization. The people matter here. From leadership to the technicians whose names we may not know but whose work we absolutely see, this is a team that takes pride in both craft and care. Attentive without hovering. Professional without being cold. It felt considered. It felt personal. The work itself was pristine. This was a brand-new Cadillac Lyriq, and seeing it damaged was gutting. When we picked it up, there was no trace of trauma. No tells. No reminders. It looked showroom-clean, factory-fresh, as if the incident had never happened. County Line is the purple unicorn of repair shops: precise, predictable, and principled. If you want no drama, go to County Line. If you want transparency, go to County Line. If you want your vehicle returned better than your nerves were when you dropped it off, go to County Line. I joke that I can’t wait for my next collision just so I can come back. That’s a bad joke, but a true sentiment. If you want a no-brainer, hassle-free, high-integrity repair experience, this is it. County Line Collision, Chantilly, Virginia. They set the bar. Not an ad. No script. Just gratitude. Written voluntarily. Enthusiastically. Not a paid recommendation. Just earned.

I took my car to the repair shop because someone rear-ended me. I was covered by the other driver’s insurance, and the folks at Line County were super friendly and took great care of me, fixing my issue quickly. I’d definitely recommend them! A huge thank you to Elliot, Wendy, and all the other staff members. 🙂

This is the second "unfortunate" time I've had to use County Line Collision and just at the first time, they have done excellent work. My car looks brand new and they were so quick to get the work done. Thank you!

I couldn’t be happier with the work done on my Ram 1500 Classic. The damage from the accident was pretty extensive, and I was worried it would never look the same again. Not only did the shop complete the repairs ahead of schedule, but the entire process was simple and stress-free. When I dropped the truck off, I still had some junk in the bed, and the team was kind enough to call and ask if it was okay to clear it out so they could properly access and repair everything. That extra courtesy really stood out to me. After I got the truck back, a few check-engine lights popped up, but they went above and beyond to figure out the issue. They even arranged to pick up my truck from my workplace to make sure the sensor problems were resolved correctly. Overall, the service, communication, and quality of work exceeded my expectations. My truck looks and runs great again, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Highly recommend!

DO NOT COMMENT UNDER MY POST SAYING HOW SORRY YOU ARE CAUSE YOU DO NOT. After the repair, I discovered multiple issues including a rumbling noise from underneath the engine and a clicking noise when you turn the steering wheel 360 degree which they refused to fix. They kept the car for 2 months, charged insurance 16k and left me with a car that does not meet the standard of pre-accident condition. After the repair, I also found paint on both sides of the front doors and the front bumper was not aligned properly which shows they did the work with laziness. They didn’t even bother to perform a walkthrough of the car before calling me to come pick it up. If they did, they would have caught the paints and all the other mess that they left. They also broke the driver’s seat panel control and did not install back the license plate holder. See pictures. SHAME ON YOU GUYS.
