I had an excellent experience at Craftsman Auto Care and highly recommend them. Chris, Eddie, and Danny went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything that needed to be done without any pressure. Their efficiency really stood out—my vehicle was serviced quickly and correctly, and the quality of work was top-notch. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and truly care about their customers. Got a pre purchase inspection done here. Easy appointment process, really friendly staff. I didn't watch but the results and time it took lead me to believe they did a very thorough job. Good location, near plenty of restaurants if you want to drop off your car and walk somewhere to eat while you wait. They also have a clean comfortable waiting area with drinks, snacks and reading material. I believe they also offer a shuttle service if you don't want to stick around but I didn't use it. You can tell they care about the customer. Definitely recommend

Their mechanics were quick to identified an issue I’ve been dealing with for a long time that multiple other places could never figure out. His knowledge and confidence immediately put me at ease. As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, I truly appreciated how respectful and transparent they were. I never once felt talked down to or taken advantage of. I called the shop with a concern of a strange sound and they were able to diagnosis it and repair it all in the same day. It wasn't simple but the car runs better than before. They approached the issues and cost with me kindly and even through it wasn't cheap, I feel the care I received was worth the assurance of a job well done.
