I dropped my car off Monday afternoon, had it inspected and the services quoted a few hours later, and had everything done and the car back in my possession before COB Tuesday. My ten year old car needed four new tires and an alignment, a new battery, oil change, coolant flush, cabin filter replacement, and probably a few other things. They listed all the recommended work and asked for each to be approved before starting any of it and quoted reasonable prices for the parts and labor. They didn't push for any additional services and backed up their recommendations with photo evidence of what they were seeing, and so far that work has been immaculate. Their communication was always professional, informed, and polite. 10/10, I had a perfect first visit and have found my local shop for as long as I remain in the Centreville/Chantilly area!

This shop earned my five star rating because I found this shop to be personable, professional and reasonably priced, particularly since they offer military discounts. The customer waiting room was clean, well kept and they offer free coffee. The results of their work on my foggy headlights for my Porsche were of high quality, it looked like new. Their 4-wheel alignment and new tires were felt immediately improved on the highway. Good job guys. Keep it up.

We first visited Craftsman a couple of months ago for a nail in our tire that another garage said was not fixable. Craftsman was able to fix it. We tried them again for our state inspection & we needed some other work. We have now been in a few times for work on our vehicles. The customer service there is impeccable. I also feel like the work they do on our vehicles is excellent too. I highly recommend them for any service needs. Once again returned for another flat tire. The service was once again impeccable. Everyone working there is incredibly friendly.

Craftsman Auto, Chantilly has done it again! I took my car in for a routine oil change. On the way to my appointment it started riding a little rough and I was glad I made the appointment. Craftsman always does a routine inspection for any appointment because they’re so thorough in their service. This above and beyond habit saved me from having serious damage to the engine and kept me on the road! Turns out the rough ride was due to a crack in the turbo which, if left unnoticed, could have caused damage costing far more than I could afford. There was also the risk of being stranded on the road with a breakdown. Leo quickly found the problem during the inspection and photographed the damages for my review. Bob Curry explained the problem to me and what parts and work was required to make the repairs. Since my oil change appointment was in the afternoon, I left my vehicle overnight and the repairs were done by lunchtime the next day! My luck didn’t run out there…Craftsman happened to have one of their loaner cars available for my use! Craftsman has been my go to shop since they opened. All locations provide the same great level of service. Great job Bob, Matthew and Leo. Thank you Craftsman!!!

The service I receive here is always outstanding! Staff at Craftsman Auto are always very polite, very accommodating and truly know how to make their customers feel valued. Manager Bob is a great example of how you treat your customers and he clearly has extended this approach to his staff as well. Women, especially shouldn’t have to worry about being upsold or talked down to when getting their car serviced. Shops like Craftsman Auto make the whole experience better - honest pricing, clear, explanations, and real education. We need more of that!
