I was given a coupon so I decided to try this place out. Place was super decorated for Halloween. Staff was friendly, honest, and efficient. I made an appointment but it was still a long wait because how many cars they have to work on. I expected it to take time so I wasn’t worried. If you need big work done, just drop it off and pick it up the next day. They emailed me copies of everything. They take pictures of everything! This is great because then I know what they were talking about when they are sharing concerns. There’s even little videos to show how a specific part works and affects the car’s function.

Anything involving car trouble is automatically a headache for me. Something was hanging from underneath my car, and I had no idea how to explain it when I called. Chuck just said, “Bring it in, we’ll take a look,” and that immediately made me feel better. He checked it out and explained everything and I said let’s do it. While I was waiting, I overheard one of the other workers helping another customer, and I noticed how thorough they were with explaining to her as well. When my car was ready, they were honest about what they could and couldn’t do, which I really respect. I didn’t catch the names of the two guys who had to deal with all that snow under my car, but thank you! The vibe here was great. Staff is friendly. They provide excellent customer service, clear communication. Moving from out of state means finding new places you can trust and helps you survive lol, and I’m glad I found this one. I’ll definitely be back if I need more car services done. Thank you again Chuck!

This was my first time coming here and I will be back if I need anything done to my car! I took my car to get some tests done and everything was so fast, efficient, and informative . Great customer service, good price to have tests done on my car, and even as a woman, I didn’t feel taken advantage of like other places would. They were very thorough and detailed with what was wrong with my car. They had a free shuttle that took me back to my home while my car was being looked at and offered a ride back if need be as well. Highly recommend!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Matt at Craftsman Auto in Fairfax. His communication, honesty, and professionalism really stand out. After a couple of disappointing experiences at the Chantilly location, I was hesitant to come back to Craftsman. Both the Ashburn and Fairfax locations have completely restored my trust. They genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond, with none of the attitude or dismissiveness I dealt with before. Matt is a big reason why I will continue bringing my vehicles here. He is the kind of person every auto shop needs. I highly recommend this location.
