My experience with Crash Champions was incredibly frustrating. I went in for a minor scratch on the rear of my car , nothing major and no dent, and they acted like it was some huge repair. They spent 20–30 minutes just looking at it, then another 10 minutes to come up with an estimate that was *outrageously* high. It honestly felt like they had zero interest in doing the job and were trying to price me out. What made it worse was when they told me the repair would take **two weeks**. Two weeks for a basic scratch? Absolutely ridiculous. I went straight to another body shop afterward. They quoted me **70% less**, finished the job in **two days**, and the quality was excellent. Crash Champions completely wasted my time, overcharged, and treated a simple job like a burden. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Just don’t even with these guys. If you want a company that makes so many logistical errors and blames you and gets confrontational, then by all means, go here. Now, I’m sure Angel, their manager, will come on here and try to explain his side of how pissed I got at their incompetence, and that will tell you everything you need to know. If you want to be made so furious that you use many choice words (not in person, mind you, but over the phone after realizing it’s best to just walk out), then this is your place. For THREE weeks I’ve been given the run around between them and the insurance company (which isn’t even mine). Every call with them, I asked if they had everything they needed when calling for estimate and repair appointment (claim number, assignment), to be told by both sides that they do. Imagine showing up for the repair appointment, THAT THEY STILL LET ME SCHEDULE following the estimate, THAT THEY DID, saying that I’m good to go…AND THEN BE TOLD they don’t have a claim number?! And then when you express the slightest bit of annoyance (because you’ve been dealing with this for three weeks), they start to escalate. Imagine 3 folks surrounding you and throwing around terminology of their inner workings and policies as if I screwed something up. All they had to do was say, “yeah this makes no sense and I understand it’s frustrating, but here’s how we’re going to make this right.” Like, pick up a phone! Just patronizing attitude from start to finish with no basic concept of customer service. It WILL make you want to get in a yelling match with someone over the phone. The auto collision industry would be better off if this place weren’t even in business. Just completely inept. Trust me, if you want to discover the limits of how mad you can be made, go here.

I used Crash Champions in Herndon for the first time and they proved to be really professional with the repair work and courtesy towards customer. The work speaks volume as this is a brand new vehicle that was damaged was at the fender lines. Will highly recommend this place for repairs and paint work. Jeff the advisor was very professional kept me informed throughout the process and is very detailed oriented.
