I was recommended years ago by Landmark Honda because they specialize in working with Hondas, I will not go anywhere else. Very professional and went above and beyond meeting my expectations. My car door was bent backward when my child opened it while I was reversing and a tree blocked it. I first went to another auto shop, where I was told the entire door needed to be replaced and was given a quote of over $2,000. Wanting a second opinion, I came to Crossroads Auto Body. The two men who helped me were honest and friendly. One of them literally pushed the door with his hands and knees and carefully bent the door back into the correct position. Within a few minutes, it was completely fixed. He simply said “thank you” and walked away—without charging me a dime. I was truly impressed by their integrity. They could have easily taken advantage of me, and I would have never known. Instead, they chose honesty, and that speaks volumes about their character and business. I highly recommend this honest company.

Very helpful with insurance company after front end crash. I have out is state insurance company and needed 2hr tear down assessment and garage had various insurance people to send results to. this Autobody handled it efficiently and got me the plates back. They were recommended to me by local Acura dealer.

If you value your car, DO NOT come here! My car is worse than before. I got lightly rear ended by a SUV last month, which left some tiny dents in my bumper and diffuser. The other driver was willing to pay for a replacement, so I brought my car to Radley Acura. They use CrossRoads Auto Body for body repair. I highly regret bringing the car in. It’s now in worse shape than before I brought it in. I wish I just lived with the tiny dents! When I went to go pick up the car, there was a huge scratch on the new bumper. I mean… how you can not notice a massive scratch on a part you’re installing? The scratch is far worse than the dents from the accident. The shop agreed to buff it out, but I had to wait another day and come back later to pick it up again (took a full 8 hours for them to just look at the car while I waited!) Once I finally got my car back, the gear shift knob is completely scratched up! How does this even happen? Looks like it might have been intentional. I’m scared about what other kinds of hidden damage has been done. Suffice to say, I will never be coming back here. Nor should you if you care about the state and cosmetics of your car. The negligence displayed by this shop is appalling! P.S. I want to note that CrossRoads Cycle is a great shop! They’ve been good with my motorcycle, so 5 stars for the bike shop. But this auto shop is less than one star.

I got into a car accident and dropped my car off at Browns Arlington Honda. I guess they use Crossroads auto body for all repairs so they are Honda certified. The repairs were fine, but the inside of my car was such a mess when I received it. It seems like they just used a dirty wet rag to “clean” my car and it left white spots all over the car as well as dirt marks on the seats. I only needed my front fender and windshield repaired so I was confused why the back seat and the backside of the rear seat head rest was dirty. If you care about the cleanliness of your car like I do, I would refrain from using them. These pictures are after I went through and thoroughly cleaned my car. I need to go through another time and put a little more elbow grease to get the rest of the spots off.
