Jesse and team did right by me, navigating and balancing the identification of mechanical issues with the cost of parts and labor to achieve solutions. Jesse provided sound expertise and highlighted areas of prioritization and communicated throughout the process, providing regular updates. I also appreciated and valued the feedback mechanisms they have in place to provide not only pictures, but over-the-shoulder mechanic video to provide customer with direct visualization of problem areas. Fantastic place. I used Crown Auto Repairs mobile service in a pinch a few years back and Jesse fixed the issue with my car in under 15 minutes. Later on I had to call on him again and he came to me at my job. Again, he fixed the problem. His repairs are solid and never needed another look. Most recently I took a potential purchase to him for a pre purchase inspection. He fit me in same day and got it done. They're super thorough. I was able to take proof of findings back to the dealership and get everything written in a contract to be fixed (minor stuff but had I not taken it to Crown Auto - I would have had NO IDEA) Incredibly happy with the service, responsiveness, and price. Plus, they're just good people. I've had some terrible luck with mechanics in the area- this is one you can put full faith in. Take your cars here, its absolutely worth it!!!

The service that I received was amazing. I was referred by my neighbor. Jesse and his crew are absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable on what they are doing, and customer service is GREAT! This was my first time coming and will not be my last. I will be back.
