I came in before 8 needing oil change. Keith Derrickson said he could not help me get oil change. I called other honda service centers, they all said no problem swing by get it done quickly for me. I've spent thousands of dollars here too. No customer loyalty here. I'm buying new honda soon. Not from here. (Edit- he was not upfront and dismissive. Told me to come back. He lied to you) very disappointed with your response

Here for a AC extended warranty. Not the most welcoming staff I've ever seen. But they solved my problem pretty good and pretty fast. Nice 2-way shuttle service. Nothing much to compain.

Read the reviews (I wish I would have) - their time estimates are never accurate and they know it. Scheduled a 745am oil change, estimated one hour wait, it took three to get my car back. I won’t be back.

Extremely poor service. Waited 3 hours for a simple oil change after scheduling an appointment at 8am! What's the point in scheduling an appointment if you aren't going to honor it and then just tell your customers you're extremely busy! This has become a reoccurring issue with Fairfax Honda. Time to look elsewhere for a repair shop!
