This place and the people are amazing. Not only was the repair on the hood of my 2023 Jeep Gladiator Mojave flawless, but their assistance in dealing with my insurance company was above and beyond the best service ever. I had a branch fall off a tree and put several dents across the hood and a large dent right in front of the drivers side window. After they did a paintless dent removal it literally looks like it never happened! I will never go anyplace else and I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you for all you do and your amazing work ethic.

Wow! Absolutely awesome work. Neat, clean, super professional and friendly. Estimate process was amazing with pictures and a clear explanation of everything. Repair work was even easier of a process! If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend!

Now that my lease is over and my car has been returned without any issues, I feel comfortable sharing my experience with Dent Shop. After a major hailstorm last year, my Jeep Wrangler had hundreds of small dents all over the windshield frame, hood, and front fender flares. I chose this shop because of the many glowing reviews, and after my Wrangler was assessed, I felt confident they could restore it back to its original condition. They told me the repairs could take about two weeks due to the large number of hail-damaged vehicles, which I completely understood. It was returned very quickly though, which was a pleasant surprise, I think it was ready 2-3 days later, which I greatly appreciated. However, when I came to pick up my car, I noticed that the paint had chipped where one of the dents had been popped out, and several dents in my front fenders were still visible. The person I worked with that day, a woman named Macy (I believe) was immediately defensive when I pointed this out, saying this had been communicated to me (it hadn’t). When I tried to explain that, she didn’t apologize or try to make it right. Instead, she told me nothing could be done because it was a “custom color.” I clarified that it’s actually a stock Jeep color, but she was dismissive and difficult to deal with. Speaking with her honestly angered me and I did get frustrated. Afterward, another employee stepped in and offered to either apply clear paint or send it to an auto body shop to repaint the area, as for the front fenders, those were unrepairable because I guess under is just styrofoam. Since the car was leased, I opted for the clear paint. But if I had owned the vehicle, I would have been extremely disappointed with the quality of the repair and communication. There were also chips in my windshield, which I wish had been clearly explained during the initial assessment. If I had known, I likely would have taken my Wrangler to a full auto body shop instead as I used my insurance and the deductible would have been the same regardless. Everyone else I interacted with at Dent Shop was polite and professional—except Macy, who lacked basic customer service skills and empathy. I even called later to apologize for getting upset, but she remained curt and unsympathetic. Overall, while the team seemed friendly and capable, my experience dealing with Macy and the missed details on my repair would prevent me from returning.

Great customer service. Went in for an estimate one day. Arranged to drop my car off to get the dents fixed. They let me use their loner car while the fixed mine. All around great experience. They even vacuumed my car!!!

This is an excellent shop! Customer service was outstanding, with a nice waiting area, coffee, clean shop space, and a clean restroom facility. The Dent Shop did an amazing job with the dent repair they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The staff (Macey) and repair technician (Thomas) did an excellent job communicating the service needed, explaining the cost, and communicating updates. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a dent repair!
