This gentleman saved me while visiting VA from out of town. I had the bad luck of hitting a nasty pothole while being up here and he helped bend my rim back to make sure the air stopped escaping and the patched a whole other tire that kept going flat on me.

I had a horrible experience last night getting a flat tire replaced. Around 7 PM I got a flat tire and I called Munir. He told me he could wait for me and the price would be $175. The tow truck took longer than expected, so I arrived later than the time we originally discussed. I also got a little lost trying to find the location, so I called him for directions. Instead of helping, he was extremely rude on the phone, kept interrupting me, and wouldn’t let me explain where I was. When I finally got there, his attitude didn’t change. I showed him which tire needed to be replaced and he continued being rude and impatient the entire time. He was throwing tools around, complaining, and speaking to me in a very disrespectful way. I stayed calm and respectful, but the way he spoke to me made me feel very uncomfortable. I was alone and just needed the tire replaced so I could safely go home. During the job, he suddenly demanded extra money because he had to wait (which I understand and I was willing to pay), but the way he handled it was unacceptable. He didn’t continue to replace the tire unless I answered him exactly the way he wanted and at one point told me something like, “The only thing you have to say is yes or no.” When I was trying to say something. That is not professional at all. He did replace the tire and I still paid the extra because it was fair for the waiting time, but the customer service was awful. I will not be coming back and I do not recommend this place if you expect basic respect and professionalism.

Came here on a Sunday evening when I saw I had a nail in my tire and every repair shop was closed. I was desperate to try to resolve this before work Monday morning. They immediately got to helping me, the service was great and extremely fast. If I ever need tire help again, I will be coming back. Thank you!

Had an emergency repair and went to the closest place possible. Was a little confused by the lack of signage (little side building next to the main shopping complex) but he picked up the phone right away and showed up from a field repair to his shop in 10 min after my call. He quickly assessed the situation and was all done (new tire + install) in 25 min. Friendly and professional service, 5 stars - but FYSA just be prepared to hang out outside - not like a waiting area or anything.

Had a nail in my tire and found them at 7pm just before they were closing. The guy was able to help me such last minute! I had walked to petsmart then back and he was done. He also recommended to replace my brakes to come back and see him. And I would definitely come back.
