SCAM WARNING I went here for a detailing service after buying a Groupon deal and scheduled an appointment in advance. I showed up on time, yet still waited over an hour before anyone even started on my car. The detailer was already working on another vehicle despite knowing I had a set appointment. When he finally worked on my car, the interior cleaning was extremely basic — the kind of job you could get at a cheap car wash. There was still dust and oily stains on the dashboard and door panels. On top of that, he somehow made the windshield look even more streaky and stained than before and didn’t bother to fix it. After about an hour, he claimed the interior was finished and asked for payment, only for me to realize he hadn’t touched the exterior at all. When I questioned him, he apologized and said he “forgot.” Seriously? It was already dark, so I left, and he told me to come back another day for the exterior wash — as if I would waste more time and gas returning after this disaster. Total waste of time and money. They might seem friendly, but the quality of their work is terrible. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
