Sent one of my best customers to their location for a simple alignment and they attempted to gaslight them into believing tires caused physical noise in the suspension after alignment. After further inspection vehicle was found to have a loose nut holding the upper control arm into place. Below the arm was even marked with white paint marker as if it had been tightened up. I’ve been doing this 15+ years now and I can tell you the tech that did this work never has touched a torque wrench in their life. Guaranteed the tech had a depleted battery in probably not a high quality impact tool and used it too judge how tight the car’s suspension was leaving it substantially loose! Not anyone I would trust with a crucial component that they not only marked as tight, but sent my client out with a dangerously loose suspension. So loose I could move it with my fingers… Which the service manager defended even after hearing an audible mechanical noise when the vehicle was on the ground under load. This is completely unacceptable and proves they have no interest in customer safety or preventing failures on our roadways. End of story I don’t recommend this shop and I never will send anyone needing an alignment there ever again.

I called the day before and told them the vehicle I had a 3500 truck needed an alignment made an appointment went in and they said sorry to big so they sent me to another store. I immediately went there and they said can't do til noon. Both places very disorganized and not organized shop at all. not a fan of either shop whatsoever. Went to a competitor clean shop and waiting room very accommodating and took me right in got it done in about an hour and very happy. NTB gets my vote after dominions non according 2 total loacations

Stopped for fuel on a long roadtrip (7 hours from home) and as my husband was airing up tires the valve stem broke on one of them. We realized we were almost next door to Dominion Tire and pulled in. The guys were awesome. Repaired the problem with no wait. Friendly and helpful and we were back on the highway in less than a half hour. If I lived here they would be my go to tire shop! Thanks Dominion!!
