By far the BEST mechanics/car shop I’ve ever been to. Entire family has been bringing cars here for years..they are very busy because they are absolutely fantastic at what they do and try incredibly hard to give you the best price that they can. I am so so grateful for this place. Recently had to get my headlight replaced as well as my rear differential. SO GLAD I CAME HERE! Cannot rave enough about these guys.

Absolutely horrible service and owner that damages the vehicle part in the shop during the repair , tries to hide it , admit it and then still charges for that part to be fixed . They lost me and my company as a customer over $200 part . Images attached , they glued TURBO AIR INTAKE hose .

These people charged my mother over $160 to replace a sparkplug on cylinder 1 on a honda accord. $122 for labor and $39.14 for a spark plug. Not to mention that they had her sitting up there for over 4 hrs for ONE SPARK PLUG. When i asked for a proper receipt the lady in the office told me i would have to drive up there to get it (which is an hour away from me) and that she couldn't send it over the phone or through email because she would have to use her personal number. Dranesville Auto is a very honest auto repair shop in Herndon, honest, reasonably priced and has excellent service. Been taking our many cars there for many years, and never regretted it.
