I’m honestly so upset. I trusted this guy to fix my car after he diagnosed the problem and gave me a price. Everything seemed fine until I got the car back — now it’s running worse than before! He only takes cash, so there’s no proof of what he did or any way to get my money back. It feels completely dishonest. I don’t think he’s a real mechanic or knows what he’s doing. Please don’t make the same mistake I did — avoid this place and find a real, trustworthy mechanic. I wish I’d read a warning like this before going there.

My experience with this dealership was One of the best I ever had I wish I could give them 10+ stars because they did everything they said they would and more. I would definitely recommend buying from them and I would buy from them again in the future

This is the most corrupt car place I have had the displeasure of doing business with. A Sales Representative of Dream Auto, posed as a homeowner on Craigslist. (In the ad, he did not state that he was selling on behalf of Dream Auto. Instead, I had to find out myself, two days after I signed for the title) He claimed that the car drives fine, with NO check engine light, according to the ad. However, when I arrived to the house for a test drive, the brakes had issues (which I was fine with), but I was told that the check engine light was on, due to the car needing a "New Battery" which I was also fine with. So, I went to a mechanic 45 minutes later... Turns out, that they were NOT brake issues, but instead it was the Engine Misfiring, along with severe Transmission Damage, according to the State Inspection. Even after replacing the car battery, the check engine light still comes on. Also, the representative LEFT OUT that the car used to be a "Salvaged Vehicle", that was rebuilt, due to a major collision that happened on the right passenger side. (About every 10 minutes, there is an extremely loud buzzing noise that comes from right-side door itself, startling me. Imagine driving down the street, then you hear something that sounds like an NBA shot-clock) Also, the rear window button on the driver control was removed to hide the fact that the left passenger window does not work. (He said that the person who test drove the car before me removed the buttons, which sounds absurd). The only reason I bought this car was because I thought this was a homeowner getting rid of an old car he did not need. If I knew from the very start that this was a corrupt business, reselling a Salvaged Vehicle, I would've never went to their house. Now I am stuck with a car that has over $7,000 worth of Transmission/Engine issues

I have never been to a dealership and felt comfortable when buying a car and that is coming from someone who works for a big name dealership. When I originally called I was greeted by Mansour who I had a great conversation with and decided to come check out a car. The vehicle was excellently priced and they allowed me to do a full pre-purchase inspection. The team there is definitely one to be grateful for when it comes to a smooth, stress free experience. I would also like to thank Milo personally for following through with getting the financing situated and deal finalized. This is a great place to purchase a vehicle. Do not hesitate to reach out to there team for your next vehicle.
