Be prepared for the change in new ownership. This apparently just went into effect and the service we were used to was completely gone. After multiple calls and voicemails left to attempt to make an appointment with no return call, I finally spoke to someone. He booked me for an appointment on Monday with drop off using the drop box Sunday night. I arrived Sunday night to find the door to the shop wide open with no one inside, so after locking up shop for them, I left my key. Monday came and went with no call and no no answer to my several attempts to call. Come Tuesday, I called several times and left several voicemails. Finally reached someone who seemed confused that my car was event there and told us that we would need to speak with "Will" who would arrive around 1pm and call us. Come 1:45PM, no call. I called and was told my cars oil change was done (not any other part of the service for 100K miles was even acknowledged) and I could come pick it up. When I arrived I gave my feedback in all the challenges with just trying to book and appointment and getting an update on my car along with the shop being left completely wide open on a non-working day. I hope they can quickly get the necessary systems and people in place to actually service customers. We have been going here for many years driving fairly far out of our way to come to this shop specifically. Looks like we will be in the market for a new mechanic now.

I needed front brakes on my F150. They were super fast on getting me in and super fast on getting me finished. The price was right and they didn't try to up-sell like many other shops try to do. They have earned my future business.

Went in for a serpentine belt replacement, was quoted a great price, and it was serviced incredibly quickly and professionally. Highly recommend and will continue to take my car here in the future.

These guys were great! I had them install a new Corsa cat back exhaust on my 2016 Suburban. They had me in and out in about an hour or less. Very friendly and fast service.
