E and D are the best. All you need is to call and make an appointment. Your car will be taken care of. When I leave my car there I feel like i sent the car to the car SPA. With no doubt they are the best. Service client is off great. They make you feel at home immediately. Don't take my words for it. Go and you will see.

Absolutely horrible service. Do NOT take your car here unless you want nightmare service. I came here because of a recommendation & positive reviews, but I’m not sure how they got them. I made an appointment online and said I had some transmission issues. When I went in, I said “I think I might need a transmission flush”. I told them I had 156k miles on my car. When I got my car back, the shuddering issue was even worse. My car started squealing and grinding. I called 2 GM dealers and they said NO car with 100k+ miles should ever be given a flush and this most likely ruined my vehicle. When I called E&D to ask why they didn’t tell me this, they kept telling me they’ve done flushes on cars with 200k miles with no issues. They told me it was my fault because I came in with transmission issues. People don’t go to the mechanic for fun - OBVIOUSLY I had issues! The refused to do anything until I did a 3 way call with GM. Even then, they continued to talk over me and treat me like garbage. At one point, they even said “you need to be nicer” - do you think they’d ever say this to a man? No! They said I need to learn how to communicate - I was continuously telling them the issue, what I found out from GM, and how to solve it. I was frustrated because I had been on the phone with them several times, but I continued to clearly communicate everything. When they first joined the 3 way call with GM, they said they did a transmission flush. After GM told them that should’ve never been done, their story changed and suddenly they did a drain and refill. Despite 2 people hearing “we did a flush” and a recording with that, they continued to say “I never said that!”. At one point they had to ask what the difference between a flush and drain and refill is - shouldn’t you know that?! After several phone calls, constantly being talked over, being told it was my fault for coming to the mechanic with an issue, telling them I’m going to leave a bad review on google, and encouraging my friends to stay away, they finally gave me a partial refund. The partial refund does not fix my car. My car would still be running if they had done the responsible thing of actually looking at my car, diagnosing the problem, and telling me their “expert” opinion about what should be done. If I had a customer come in asking for something I knew should never be done, I would say “actually you might want x instead” - not done whatever they asked just to make a quick buck. They were going to get my money regardless, but now they lost some money, got a bad review, and lost potential business from my friends. Do NOT take your car here. It was a nightmare dealing with them.

I’m not one to go out of my way to write a bad review, but I found my experience with this auto shop to be particularly bad and want to make people aware of what they will potentially be dealing with. I was having problems with my battery, so I took my car here. They told me I needed a new battery. First of all, the price they wanted to charge me for the battery was significantly higher than anything I could find online, so I asked them to find a cheaper one. They did so, and I chalked that up to not being a car guy and the fact that after all, the shop does need to make money, which I understand. My understanding is that it’s pretty standard for the diagnosis fee to be applied to repairs across many auto shops, and this shop advertises that right on their wall. It was one of the reasons I chose to give them my business. So when I saw the diagnostic fee not applied whatsoever to my final bill (400+ for them to change a battery), I asked them why. I got “oh I can do a $70 discount”, as if they were doing me a favor. I told them that they advertise applying the diagnosis fee towards the total bill, to which they said “that is not true”, and I told them it’s right on their wall, which apparently the guy on the phone wasn’t aware of. I ended up getting to talk to the “manager”, who was pretty argumentative with me, and also tried to deny the existence of the advertisement. When I told him that I saw it with my own two eyes, he then tried to debate me on the definition of “advertising”. He then said that the policy of applying the diagnostic fee towards the bill only applies for bills over either 1k or 10k (can’t remember which it was). Whatever, I just wanted to be done with them at this point, so I took the $70 discount and moved on with my life. Or so I thought. I recently went to get in my car after letting it sit for a few days only for it to not start up (the original problem I took my car into this shop for). It was dead dead, couldn’t even be jumped. I eventually called triple A, and they got it to start with their power jumper. I got a battery test done, and although the battery was fine, there is apparently an issue with the charging system. It sucks, but because of my original experience with this shop, I can’t help but wonder if this was the issue from the start.. but obviously, I can’t say so for sure, so take it with a grain of salt. I will say, the mechanics and desk workers themselves were quite friendly, but the manager was more interested in debating me than honoring what’s on his own wall. Not a great experience overall.

Great service and honest mechanics especially Muhammad. At E&D International Auto Repair, they diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and got my car back on the road faster than expected. Fair prices and friendly staff‐ highly recommend this shop!
