I recently took my daughter’s car to ECCC for a safety inspection, and it failed due to a gash in one of the tires. Sung recommended replacing all four tires because of normal wear and tear. The quote was reasonable and since the car was already there, it was convenient to move forward. I later briefly second-guessed my decision thinking I should have checked Costco since they offer free installation and tire rotations. To my surprise, I learned that ECCC also provides free installation and lifetime tire rotations. They even checked whether an alignment was needed—and it wasn’t. The pricing was completely competitive with Costco, the service was hassle-free and no appointment was required. It was super convenient with fantastic customer service. I highly recommend ECCC.

I’m always nervous about getting my car serviced without my dad or my husband. But I went to the shop and the guys there were beyond kind and helpful. They actually acted in the best Interest of me and not them. They literally put the customer first not to mention they’re all handsome and funny.

Robbie was incredible. He was professional and thoughtful during accessing issues and explaining cost outcomes. To say, the truck ( little buddy) was 24 years old and had multiple problems which I knew some, unfortunately “ the squeeze wasn’t worth the juice “ anymore and donated. With that, Robbie didn’t charge for evaluating or overnight storage, when I assisted some compensation for efforts he was adamant about no cost. Very rare in today’s world where this type of experience would occur with another service center. I high recommend Robbie and his team Thanks again

Worst auto mechanics I’ve ever met. I took my car to the auto shop and 2 mechanics blatantly lied to me about the damages & replacements necessary for my car. They even tried to charge me an additional $1,500 just for labor because, according to these mechanics, “we have to remove your engine to fix your car”. Did they really think I don’t know anything about cars since I’m a female?? Not only did my car require the easiest & cheapest fixes, that would’ve been less than $12 for all of the parts, there was/is no need to remove my engine. Seriously, these guys are fraudsters who take advantage of anyone they can take advantage of!
