Elite was fantastic to work with. I was out of town for work when I received a call from my wife saying she was trying to leave work but her car wouldn’t start. Coworkers tried to help her jump start it with no success. She had it towed to the house with hopes I could get home to fix it, but that unfortunately was not possible. After a series of things I had my wife try and do I determined that the alternator needed replacing. I had her go buy one and started looking for a mobile mechanic who could come install it on short notice. At around 4:00 in the afternoon I called Elite and explained my dilemma. I was quoted a fair price and was told they could have a mechanic there in the morning. I was delighted. I told them the alternator and key would be on the driver seat. I received a courtesy call at 9:00 am advising the mechanic would be there at 9:30. I received another call at 11:00 informing me that they were finished and everything was working perfectly. I called my daughter who went out and paid the mechanic for his service. My daughter called me back advising me that he was very professional and that everything was cleaned up as if he was never there. It gives me great peace of mind particularly while having to be out of town that we have a local business that provides quality and professional service in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Elite.

Elite Mobile showed up to my campus within a decent amount of time and provided quick and efficient service. The staff were incredibly kind and generous. They repaired my serpentine belt and alternator within a day and since then I have had no issues. Great service !

So kind of a long rant but I need to explain everything. I have a 2015 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel, I also have a buddy that’s a mechanic but does not like touching anything electrical wise on vehicles. He’s fixed countless of other mechanical issues on my two 1999 Camaro’s as well as anytime my truck had a problem. Well I started having ignition starting problems with my truck and Googled mechanics near me and happened to stumble on Elite Mobile Mechanics and liked their ratings on Google. I contacted them and I don’t remember exactly who I spoke with on the phone & I explained the problem of what my truck was doing. So he told me ok he would send someone out on next week as it was the weekend and 4th Of July was just around the corner. Come the day the “Certified Mechanic” I use that word very loosely now. He comes out and I guess supposedly it is the TIPM wires underneath the fuse box that is bad, almost a week later after tracking down the part. Joel the “Certified Mechanic” comes and changes it out. By the way let me just say for the record that Joel is extremely nice and friendly guy 10/10 with that guy no joke. Anyways he does his work and all but he keeps saying that the wires I have hooked up to my battery and fuse box are causing the problems. Keep in mind that I bought this truck with 57k miles on it and it currently had 235k miles when it was getting serviced by Joel. Those wires were there when I purchased the vehicle so absolutely no problems for all those hundred thousand and some miles with those wires. So after paying $780 for that work, truck goes back to having the same problems and my buddy mechanic takes a look and discovers that Joel just used these plastic no good connectors to connect all the wires he had cut from the TIPM module. When my buddy carefully took off the tape three of the wires were already disconnected “Photos Below” instead with important wires like that he’s supposed to solder them and then place the connectors over them. So I txt him and show him the pictures and he’s trying to blame my buddy for doing that but I was watching my buddy 100% of the time as he was unraveling the tape. So he tells me to two it to their place, my buddy tows it and about a week later he calls and says again it’s the wires that are connected to the battery. He also says he wants to drop the fuel tank and it’s gunna cost me $500-600 to JUST drop the fuel tank lol. I said FORGET it leave it alone. I got it towed to a dealership and right away turns out it was the FUEL PUMP the whole time SMH.. There was no need for the TIPM to get changed or the newish fuse box he requested me to buy and I bought for $300. These are YouTube mechanics at best and definitely are not “Certified” like they state. I would’ve gave it three stars just cause how Joel was such a nice person but after I left a comment on the company’s FB profile letting people know respectfully not to use them except for maybe a tire or oil change, they blocked me lol cause they know I’m right. I can positively guarantee that most of there 5 star or 4 star to make it look less suspicious ratings are from family and friends to boost there business. Anyways Rant is over but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They’ll take your $$$ and still leave you stranded.. PS photos of the newish fuse box I bought and the work that Joel did and my mechanic friend unwrapping his work So owner replied, again time after time I told Joel there were no aftermarket modifications to my truck or fuel tank. What you’re talking about is a bolt tank which holds additional fuel to get pumped manually into the existing tank so I don’t have to stop at pumps and fuel up lol. Yes I will admit Joel looked at it @ absolutely no cost extra cause the part he installed was warranted through you guys. He absolutely did tell me to buy a fuse box as that’s what was the problem so I did. Not my problem he didn’t install it after figuring out it wasn’t the fuse box but kept insisting that it was. Just keep making excuses for your poorly “CERTIFIED” Company lol. AGAIN PEOPLE DON’T USE THEM. FAKE REVIEWS
