Took time off to get my car inspected after it failed inspection at a different location, and since they were booked up, I found this place. Lazy guy did not assist but I was able to go to Duke and get it done, no issues. Just a waste of time. Maybe if he’d taken more time to understand the situation or know the proper rules vs blaming system rejection when that does not even apply bc I failed the inspection over 15 days ago. I did NOT have to go to the same place to get an inspection done

I came in specifically asking for an emissions inspection (new to VA rules) and not once but twice they performed a safety inspection instead. I repeated myself clearly each time, and yet they failed to listen. Not only did this waste my time (and two trips), it has now caused me to be late on my registration renewal. When I called to clarify, I was met with rudeness instead of accountability and was told it would be “another $30” as if this was my mistake. It wasn’t. If a customer tells you what service they need, you should deliver that service, not something else. Rude and unprofessional.

Showed up with 26 minutes to spare before they close and the guy tells me to come back after I drove 30 minutes for an inspection. Update: He agreed to inspect the vehicle.

He has to put some notes about the lunch break online, so everyone knows they are closed. I drove a long way relying on his online status, but now I have to wait 1 hour till they're open again
