I was on my way to a driving trip with friends. On the way, my 2003 RS 6 lost a rear brake bolt and sheared the other one. The car could not be driven. I saw the positive reviews and called European Autohaus. They mentioned it could be fixed by noon the following day if no additional parts were needed. So I had it towed. I arrived around lunch, so after they got back, they were able to remove the wheel and caliper, drill out the sheared bolt, and get it back in place, sans 1 destroyed dust shield. Very quickly done and was priced very reasonably! And a touch to customer service, Abby made me an espresso to ward off my impending caffeine headache. Great all around and can definitely recommend in the future.

A Gem is amongst us!!!! This has been one of the best experiences with my Benz. Lovely and inviting, especially for us women who almost always engage in “trickery” when WE are the ones in need of auto servicing. The Owner and his daughter were a delight! It’s so refreshing to meet the folks who matter when it comes to servicing. NO surprise billing, NO surprise findings! I’d whole heartedly recommend them to anyone, living here or passing thru, in need of their services. Truthful, Honest, Cordial, and Hardworking ppl are difficult to come by. They worked on my Prius and got it up and running in no time. I really thought my car was beyond hope. They knew exactly what the problem was. Everyone there was so nice. This is a top notch place! I am so grateful to everyone there. If you own a Prius, European Autohaus is without question the best place to get it worked on here in Harrisonburg. They are professional through and through.
