Amazing place. Inquired via their website about some work and was contacted with information and pricing within minutes. Service was great, work was performed perfectly, and staff knows their stuff. Facilities were immaculate as well. Top notch company and will be returning for future work.

The attention to detail and customer service is outstanding. George made sure I didn't need anything extra, and made improvement suggestions based on what he could achieve. Mo's attention to detail, customer service, and the technician David, made sure everything was fixed and running correctly. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area looking for excellent quality work and service.

I was looking for a dedicated off road shop to work on my vehicle and found this place with great reviews. I wanted them to diagnoise an issue I couldn't figure out and grease my UCA because they were squeaking. I talked to George over the phone when the vehicle was taken in and diagnosed the issue with the KDSS system. He was very detailed and knowledgeable of the issue. I declined temporary to fix the KDSS fix until I can find some other solutions before paying a new module because it was quite expensive. I went to picked it up at noon the next day not realizing they close for lunch. That was my fault not realizing or calling so came back at 1pm and noticed the interior panels still taken apart in the truck. I figured maybe there was some thing that still need to be done or fixed that I didn't know of. All good I could have put the panels back I myself but the Tech came out to put it back for me as I waited. Once I turned on my truck I noticed my KDSS light stayed on when it wasn't when I brought the truck in. I talked to the front desk and they said from the tech that when the KDSS was "reset" the fault light stayed on. I tried to re-plug the KDSS harness to see if that would fix it but no go. * I do have a Dr. KDSS relay harness that allows me to turn it on and off which worked just fine before coming to the shop. I did some more research and came to a conclusion that I guess I really need a new module. Later today I found out my steering wheel controls don't work to include the horn. Did my clock spring break at the same time at the shop or a fuse? I don't know if it's a coincidence or what but I felt like I came back with a more broken car than before. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I just left the shop unhappy and frustrated now I have to spend more time and money to fix another issue. The only positive thing that came out of this was that my UCA don't make any noise anymore, George provided a good detailed in explanation the KDSS issue, and pretty good text updates on vehicle process. *Update 9/22/25* After a few weeks of trying to find solutions I decided to go back to Exline and talk to the owner George about the fix. There are not that many specialized aftermarket shops close to the city that are reputable and that could do work particularly on the KDSS. The Lexus dealer wouldn't even touch my truck cause it has a lift. I wanted my truck fixed the right way and sometimes just have to pay the cost for good work. Parts were ordered and once they were in George contacted me to drop off the vehicle to get it fixed. Took a few days to get it properly fix which I was fine since I was not in a hurry and the steering wheel controls worked again by changing the KDSS module...who would have thought! Once I picked it up I talked to George for a bit who is very knowledgeable in off road aftermarket parts/repairs. I am happy over all with the work and talked about future work down the road. Thank you!

Excellent service. Had both my my primary and auxiliary battery replaced here. They ran full diagnostics and retraining. Turn around was same day. Good if you have a more complex car with electrical you don't want to mess with. A bit steep on the price but you know it's done right.

Exline Off Road installed automatic running boards on my new Ford Explorer 4 WD. Now I can get in and out easily. Looks great! Excellent customer service every step of the process. So happy with the results!
