The thorough diagnostics on wife’s handicap enabled ramp van; both for electrical issues and the ramp/door mechanical problems. While not a “specialized” Braun Mobility dealer, Express Automotive’s team was fantastic! Servicing the ramp now provides “like new” performance!! We have already returned to Express Automotive for my personal work truck. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this vendor! The convenience of a free ride to work or home placed them head and shoulders above the rest! I feel I’ve always been treated respectfully and that the prices are fair. That’s saying a lot for this area - it’s always a struggle in this area particularly for females to attain service for a vehicle and not get railroaded into higher priced services or conned into services we don’t need. I’ve never experienced that kind of maltreatment at this place. I cannot say the same for their competitors nearby. They’ve repaired, performed maintenance, and done the annual state inspections on my car off and on for years. The staff are friendly, polite, professional, excellent communicators, and efficient. I’ve even witnessed them going above and beyond to help people in unexpected ways. Their customer waiting area is always clean and well organized. They do provide coffee and water, and have a TV to watch while you wait. One of the things that I truly appreciated seeing when I first started going there was that they had a Christmas Angel tree for cats and dogs from the animal shelter, and collected food, toys, and supplies that the shelter is always in need of, during the holiday season. It’s heartwarming to see businesses like this supporting the community in such ways.

I had read all the reviews about Express Auto Service and they sounded very positive. Well, my experience was nothing less than that. Not only My issues fixed with my vehicle, but they were honest about what really needed to be fixed. Even after installing something and finding it did not solve the problem, they re-installed the old part, which was still functional, and did not charge me for the labor to do so. They found the appropriate part to replace and I got my car back running like new. I recommend them!

Everyone there was super nice and friendly. They got everything i needed done for my vehicle really quickly. I also really like that they have a shuttle service and can do night drops for vehicles! 100% recommend
