Honest, professional, and reliable. They’ve never pushed unnecessary repairs and always do great work on our vehicle. It’s rare to find a local shop you can genuinely trust, and I really appreciate how straightforward they are. I wouldn’t hesitate to put my car in their hands.

They really change your oil in 10 minutes! Nate and Ivan were so friendly, funny, and got me in and out of there so quickly for an oil change. They also top off your wiper fluid while you’re in! Amazing customer service. Don’t know why you’d go anywhere else to get your car serviced!

Showed up at 7:45 for a state inspection. Staff was present even though not open until 8. They asked what I was hoping to get done, told me they would check what the other cars left the night before were for and got back to me promptly. At 8 am they took my car in and I was out by 8:25. The state inspector was kind and helpful. On my way out they checked the code for my alert and the mechanic was very honest with the finding and his suggestion. Definitely happy with my service today!

I'll be honest, I wasn't really thrilled how they de-escalate the situation. I came in for an oil change and asked if there were any discounts for Black Friday which then they told me if I find one online I can see if it works. Fine, I have no problem searching for a deal. I came across a coupon code and everything was good. Until it wasn't, after being in the car for 15-20 I was then told they lost my oil cap and need to get me a new one. I then had to wait longer. I arrived at 4:05 and i'm now leaving at 4:50. I asked for additional compensation due to this taking longer than anticipated. The manager on duty said well you already have a black Friday code. That's a good discount already. I reminded him I found that code, So then he offered me an extraI five dollars off. Not really happy with the customer service I received.

I would like to say I am a little late with this review but still haven’t forgotten the person who take care of my oil change Victor. Amazing young man very knowledgeable and explained the oil process as he went along, he was sure to answer any questions I had and very respectful. I travel to the area for work and because of how great the service was I would drive 3 hours to go back and have them do my service again! Thanks again and merry Christmas
