Driving through town this evening I realized I had a huge screw in my tire. My son has always spoke highly of these guys so I stopped in. Nelson came out, told me to stay in my car to keep warm and he would fix my tire. Within about 10 minutes or so I was on my way. Unfortunately I had no cash on me, my purse was still at my place of business (in town). Tomorrow I will be back to make things right. Great service, wonderful people with a small town feel. Highly recommend. Nelson is amazing!

Dropped my car off for an inspection, knowing there was a lot of work to be done. I have been taking my car to B for a few years now and he took care of an oil change, brake pads and rotors, battery replacement, tire replacement, alignment, shock plugs and ignition coils, and replaced an axle. At 220k+ miles, this car feels great and is running smooth. 100% recommended if you are looking for a no-hassle, straightforward experience.

I had a poor experience with their VA safety inspection today. Had my car inspected there last year with no issues. It appears that the ownership or staff has changed. Got in line for the inspection, which is fairly quick, hence I chose this location for inspection. Towards the end of the inspection, the "manager" told me that I need rear brake pads. I maintain my cars fairly well and was surprised by this discovery. After I told him that I changed all brakes and rotors on this car myself and didn't feel they were wearing out, and asked him for the exact measurement. He went back to the inspector, and gave me a number, stating that it was at the bare minimum, and inspection guidelines require a higher measurement. I told him to return my car, and that I will take care of the brakes. Once the inspector brought my car around, I paid, and was surprised to see that the inspection was passed. Not sure what they were trying to do, but I will not be returning to this location for any future service.

Whether it’s an oil change, tire service, or a state inspection, the team always delivers fast, efficient, and reliable work. Bilal and the staff are friendly, honest, and truly professional. They treat every customer with respect and care. What really stands out is their honesty and attention to detail. They explain everything clearly, never try to upsell unnecessary services, and always make sure the job is done right. These guys are top notch! Took my truck in for what I thought would be a simple inspection to find out that I need both upper control arms replaced due to excessive play… right before Christmas… they worked with me on a price and are going to get things right on the ole daily driver! They were all up front and completely honest with any issues even brought me out to show me exactly what was going on. I will recommend these guys to everyone I know who needs auto work done!
