I stopped into Farrish Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Service Center to see if they could slip me in for an oil change. The odometer let me know it was time. New advisor, Mike Tunick had my car serviced and evaluated in under an hour. It surprises me when a dealership is this good. Mike, Holly, thank you for the great service and conversation. I'll see you in about a year.

I’ve had a lot of good experiences here, but my most recent is the icing on the cake why I did 5 stars. When we bought our Chrysler van we got a lot of extras and they do come in handy! 3 services/oil changes all for free. Then yesterday I blew out a tire, got free rides, free tire replacement, fixing and I only paid for an alignment. All done in less than 24 hours. They paid for several lyfts to get me to and from and the kindness and customer service from Mac *chefs kiss* highly recommend working w Mac and the Fairfax service dept team!!

The recall process for my vehicle was incredibly frustrating. After waiting weeks for the replacement part, the installation and repair was a disappointment process. The Service Center would keep my vehicle longer than expected trying to find a technician to install the replacement part correctly. This has to be done twice, since the first and second time the repair did not bring the part to the original condition. I thought the issue was finally fixed when I brought the vehicle for the third time to be repaired to its original condition, but while it fixed he recall problem it created another one. We had a rear view camera recall, which it took three times to get fixed, the FAM CAM option was deactivated and is not longer available. A smoother experience was expected when dealing with a product recall, especially one involving a safety issue. I felt hassled as I was suggested to do other "required" repairs and I was addressed as if I was getting a favor after bringing the vehicle the first time. It is difficult to trust again and bring the vehicle back to this place for repairs.

Peter was friendly it seemed at first but lazy. He told me he had called my warranty to see if my repairs would be covered and was on the phone for a hour but today my warranty specialist assured me no one has called or attempted to do so under my warranty.

I have been a loyal customer since 2016 when I purchased a brand new 2016 Cherokee with 10 year service plan. The past few times the service has gotten progressively worse up until when I brought my Cherokee in for a routine oil change. Started off friendly with Peter and all seemed to be going well, until I was told my car was “ready.” It was still upstairs when I was called so they still had to get somebody to bring it down. Upon getting in and starting it up the battery light stayed on and power steering was immediately inoperable as I did a circle around the driveway. I brought this to the attention of Peter who took it to be looked at. After about another 45 minutes I was told the battery was dead and would be $500 to replace. (Battery was purchased less than a year and a half ago.) on the inspection form there is no mention of battery issues and actually shows that it tested ok. I refused to pay for the battery and actually took an over to and from the closest auto parts store and bought a new battery. I did not have a socket extension and asked the service advisor if I could get a hand, which did not happen. I was able to replace the battery as it is not a difficult job but got a few cuts on my hands because I did not have the extension bar. Once the battery was replaced, car started up perfectly fine except that I had a low oil icon light up. I was there for an oil change. Talked to the service advisor and let him know I wanted to talk to his boss. Brandon. He filled my car with a couple quarts of oil in the parking lot. I informed him that I believed that they had shorted and ruined my battery while working on it. I was at the dealership from 9am until after 3:15pm (for an oil change) and was late to picking my kids up from school. I called the next day and was eventually told I would be reimbursed. Still have not been reimbursed nor have I received a response from anybody since February 7th when I was told by the service manager a check was being processed. I have prepaid for service up until August of 2026 but I cannot trust them with my vehicle any longer as they do not even have the decency to return a call or email after almost ruining my engine from doing an improper oil change.
