My teenage daughter was in an accident and Phil from Ferry Farm towing came incredibly fast. He did an amazing job loading up the car and getting us out as quick as he could in the summer heat. I returned to their shop to take pictures for insurance. There was a male customer in front of me being very rude to them, despite their incredible customer service. He was upset that they had to follow a specific law with their practices, something far out of their control. I’ve never seen such patient and kind service, despite the irrational behavior of the customer. They then proceeded to assist us with a smile as though nothing had happened. I will absolutely be doing business with them in the future and I would recommend them to any of my friends and family!!

So glad I found this place when so many shops are deceitful and overpriced. This shop is honest, fair, and great at communicating. They will be my go to from now on!

They were quick but they left my just vacuumed vehicle with dirt everywhere…and no I’m not being extra, you should never return something dirty, especially especially if you are paying…

I started using their service in 2014. At that time the service was great. However, in the last two years each time I took my vehicles for work or inspection the prices became excessive and each car failed inspection. This week I too my van in for an inspection. They claimed I needed rotors and breaks. When I reminded them that they failed the van for the same thing two years ago, they replaced my brakes and rotors at that time and the fact that the van is rarely driven. they started back pedaling. After they checked their computer records, I was given more bogus excuses. Since I use to work on cars before becoming disabled, I knew they were not be transparent. I had another mechanic look at the van and then took it to another inspection station. The van passed. I paid $20 for something Gerry Farms was going to charge me $690.

I took my 2013 Corolla in because my steering wheel was shaking every time I applied my brakes. I dropped it off in the afternoon and they got back to me the next morning. They told me they had to replace my rotors, pads, a caliper boot seal and a rear wheel bearing. I authorized the work and waited till the next day to pick my car up. I picked my car up that afternoon and started driving again and noticed the issue was still there. I dropped the car back off and the next day they said my calipers had to be changed. I picked my car back up the next day and again started driving and noticed there was a scraping sound coming from the rear where they had changed my bearing. I decided to pull the wheel off myself and noticed that the drums and shoes were in bad shape. The scraping sound had not been there before and I just had the safety inspection done 8 months prior. I decided to change it myself. The complaint I have on this particular shop is that twice I took my car in and they failed to tell me my drums and shoes were bad. I don’t believe they actually test drove the car after the work they did. They also charged me twice the labor on the rotors and pads which were not the problem the first time. And the mechanic never even contacted me to let me know exactly what needed to be done. Everything was communicated through the receptionist who by the way was very courteous and I have no complaints towards her. But needless to say I don’t recommend this shop at all.
