He was AMAZING!! More than fair and he worked so fast! RJ got my old '04 excursion back in business again🙂He fixed my AC, my ball joints, a brake line that busted, a tire rod, coils, an oil change, and flushed my transmission all in under 2 days! I might be forgetting something.I am so impressed!! He also has a loaner car he let me use, made everything all that more convenient 🙂 I would HIGHLY recommend, does great honest work!

*FIVE STARS FOR FIRST FIX* 👏🏽👏🏽😭 After months of trying to get my truck repaired, I finally found someone I can rely on. RJ at First Fix went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. He fixed an issue with my water pump, installed a new coolant tank and sensor, and double-checked Meineke’s previous valve cover and gasket work they initially over torqued, to confirm it was now properly installed. What really stood out was his attention to detail after learning all that I went through. He even had a loaner car to offer to help me make it down to Richmond for a marathon I was racing on Saturday. That meant soooo much to me that he helped me cross the finish line! ✨💪🏽 That’s customer and community service where I needed that feeling of support so much after such a long, stressful, and depressing road dealing with one repair issue after another. I can’t describe how relieved I am to have my truck back in order. Can’t recommend First Fix highly enough — thank you! ✨💫🏆
