I’ve been going to this flagship location for both my company fleet and my personal vehicles, and I’m always impressed. The customer service is consistently excellent, the team is efficient, and they do a great job every time. I had the carpets shampooed in my car after spoiled milk got into the carpet, and they completely took care of it, the smell is gone and it looks amazing. Mario has been especially helpful with enrolling multiple vehicles and is always friendly and professional. The team truly goes above and beyond, and it’s the reason I continue to bring all of my vehicles here. Highly recommend!

I went to get my car wash and leave like this. The weatherproof mat is still all wet and not putting back properly. I don’t recommend to visit here at all

I mean what’s the point of paying and tipping if you end up having to wipe it yourself anyway? Its pretty much the same condition coming here. Might as well just do it on your own. Save your time and go somewhere else this place has really gone downhill. they don’t even wash the mats anymore, which they used to now its a thing in the past.

Decent cleaning. They got all the visible spots off and looks a lot better than it used to but when you’re paying $44 for a service you’d think they would clean under the seats, in the console and in the glove box. You can tell they didn’t even bother with underneath of the car seats. I also had some streaks on my windshield afterwards and on the back of my car from dried soap. 3 stars just because that’s stuff you can’t tell if you have a guest in the car but definitely not what I paid for.

My cleaning service was good, not great! I can’t seem to find a Car Wash that understands that a Black automobile ( BMW 430i) shows water spots!! A clean car with water spots is not a clean car. Your staff is mostly young kids who don’t appreciate that we want and expect a spotless car, especially after spending $40 dollars plus a tip. I would suggest that you have someone to check all automobiles before handing the keys back to the owner.
