I went here for a recommendation and was completely blown away at the customer service and auto service. My custom build vehicle had a throttle body issue but the team found a few other safety issues that could have been disastrous for me. The technology they send you for your estimate breakdown is the first I have ever seen with a dealership or auto repair shop. The price I got for the work I believe was great and they had me up and running in one day. The auto shop looks like a new age dealership and is clean as a hospital! Foreign Auto Services has me as a permanent customer now!

Foreign Auto Services: Professional Staff, but Be Wary of the Diagnostic Recommendations I wanted to share my experiences with Foreign Auto Services, which were a mixed bag. Overall, the staff members are genuinely kind, professional, and knowledgeable, making the initial interaction pleasant. My first visit started with a great Groupon deal for an oil change that included a complimentary full diagnostic check. This is where the "warning" comes in for future customers: the $69 oil change quickly turned into a list of "required" fixes totaling thousands of dollars. While I appreciate thoroughness, this felt very much like a "honeypot" situation, as the initial low price led to aggressive and expensive upselling. (And, as expected, you cannot use the initial deal price for a repeat visit.) My second experience involved a safety inspection. Again, I was immediately presented with a substantial list of mandatory fixes with a high price tag. I chose not to proceed and took my vehicle to a different, independent shop. That second shop completed the inspection and confirmed the necessary fixes at a significantly lower cost, confirming my suspicion that Foreign Auto Services' primary focus is generating large repair orders. In summary: If you go here, expect professional service and kind staff. However, please exercise caution regarding any large repair quotes you receive from their diagnostic checks. It is highly recommended that you take their list of recommendations to another mechanic for a second opinion before committing to any major repairs.

I have nothing but excellent and positive experiences with foreign auto services. I have taken my car to be serviced by them many times, and they never disappoint. I’ve have very large and lengthy jobs done here with full confidence in the team. Emad and Sean are both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve worked with Emad through tedious warranty claims and he was there helping me every step of the way. My service technician S. Logsdon is impressively efficient and flawless in his work. Well educated in BMW and related cars. Diagnostics are accurate; service suggestions factor long term use of car and cover every possible issue. Saved me $$$ in the short and long term for my x3 and my husbands 330i. They know their stuff, and are easier to work with when compared to the dealerships in the area. Bring your car here. They will find the issue and fix it

We recently visited Foreign Auto Service as a RETURNING customer to perform a routine maintenance service on our leased Mercedes that the dealership had quoted us over twice the cost. We return to FAS for this service because we had a GREAT first time experience with another service several years ago. That should speak volumes when you have a customer coming back to you years after their first service. Just like the first time, we remain deeply grateful and impressed not only for the quality of service but the honesty and professionalism people at this facility have in their business practice. I recommend them highly.
