The guys at Frames Automotive are top notch. My truck broke down while driving south on I-95 and I found Frames through AAA. Rob took the truck and fixed it quickly while being up front on communication and pricing. Since it was a last minute drop off the day after Christmas, I figured it would take over a week to fix it due to normal backlog and holidays, but they worked hard to fix it as quick as they could and I picked it up a couple days later. They also did an overall service check to see if there were any other issues with my truck. If I lived in the NOVA area, Frames would be my auto repair shop.

My husband took his truck to Frames Automotive when we were uncertain about the issue. Previously, another shop had quoted us $8,000 for a problem they couldn't even confirm. At Frames Automotive, we worked with Bill, who was extremely helpful. The team was not only fast and reasonable but also went above and beyond to assist my husband, turning a stressful situation into a much easier one. Although this was our first experience with Frames Automotive, we will definitely be returning, even though we live in Bristow. Finding a genuine car repair shop can be challenging, but this one truly stands out.

Good old fashioned garage. Bill is honest man and all the wrenches seem very knowledgeable. Bill inspected a couple new cars pre-purchase for me and saved me from a huge mistake. Also the 50’s Cola machine is pretty sweet

Fabulous! Haven’t had anything big done to be fair, but their customers LOVE them so much that they rave about them while I waited for a mail repair and separately at an inspection. I had almost a flat tire by the time I got my preschooler to school. I had my 5 month old in the car and was like, I need this car to work now and called all over, no one could fit me in, they told me to come right in and they would take care of it asap and they did. Quirky but super friendly staff, you can tell they know what they’re talking about and they like to be like friends with their clients which creates a really nice atmosphere. I will keep going back!

I've had nothing but the best of service from frames auto. The knowledge of cars are impeccable. Every employee there is nice professional and caring. They will evaluate your car to the best of their knowledge and tell you what's best for you as far as pricing. Basically there's hard to find a place and environment like frames auto. Bill frame and his team of mechanics are like a needle in a hay stack. I've recommended this business to family and friends. My entire family has done business with Mr. Frame and will continue to support his business as long as the sign says OPEN.
