I got rejected for a VA inspection for rear brakes. I got them changed (my mechanic was confused since they still had a good life left). Nonetheless, I got new pads and came in the morning at 8 AM. There were a couple of cars in line, and I waited for 15 minutes. The shop did not open, nor did the inspection bay. I came back at 6:30 PM (keep in mind they are open until 7 PM). The inspector saw me get in line and didn't say anything as he was taking a car for inspection. Twenty minutes went by after completing the inspection, and now it was my turn (current time 6:48 PM). He told me he couldn't do mine and to come back tomorrow morning at 8 AM (we already established they are not open at that time). Being annoyed at this point, I pointed out I was rejected, and that had been taken care of. He absolutely could not do my inspection! Why? He had six or seven dealer cars he needed to finish before going home. Okay? Then why didn't you tell me anything when you saw me waiting in line for 20 minutes!!! I understand yall are busy but being rude and running away from customers when they are talking is ridiculous!!! Just like this inspector has valued his time, I think we also value ours. Absolutely no reason to make me wait just to tell me, he can't do shit!!!

I was having problems with my jeep and this shop was the closes to get towed too, mine you I never been here so I Was taking a chance. When i tell you I am a returning customer now; I now get all my work or needs for car here, they are so trustworthy and love the customer service. These guys are amazing..

🚨BEST EXPERIENCE AT A CAR SHOP EVER!!! I called in to ask for an oil change and right away I was greeted and assured I could come in. Showed up and got taken care of in UNDER 1HOUR YA’LL. The owner was very much hands on making sure the customers were attended to. His managers Akbar and Douglas were AMAZINGLY friendly, informative and most importantly understanding/patient with the customers. I overheard them explaining and giving the customers options for their services. There was a massage chair and beverages while you wait. The office is CLEAN. BEST SHOP IN TOWN and prices are fair/competitive. Trust me the staff and workmanship did not go unnoticed by my boyfriend who’s brutally honest and even he said this is one of the BEST shops he’s ever been to. Highly recommended and trusted. Thank you so much to all that helped me with my car today🙏🏻
